Terms of Use
These controlled-pilot terms govern access to Chela Bet and Chela Connect.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18, use your own verified phone and payment details, and be approved for the pilot. One person may operate only one account.
Wagers and payments
Odds and limits are confirmed by the server when a wager is accepted. Duplicate, late, suspended, or unaffordable requests are rejected. Deposits and withdrawals may be delayed for verification, reconciliation, security, or legal review.
Fair use
Fraud, collusion, automated abuse, identity sharing, chargeback abuse, and attempts to bypass limits are prohibited. Chela may suspend activity while investigating and will preserve the financial audit trail.
