Contact
Use the official Chela Telegram support conversation associated with the pilot. Never send your password, reset code, full bank credential, or session token to an agent or support operator.
Payment issue
Include the order reference, amount, approximate time, and payment channel. Receipt evidence must be uploaded only through Chela Connect. Agents cannot change balances directly.
Account suspension
Responsible-gaming suspension requests are treated as urgent. Contact support from your linked phone and state that you want wagering disabled.
